If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
SECTION 1 – REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either claim a refund for your order or exchange it with another material in the shop.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case of an exchange request, we’ll make the new product available in your account within 72 hours after request approval. The old product will no longer be available in your account.
SECTION 2 – LIMITATIONS
We must protect our products. Therefore, we can in some cases reject a refund/exchange request (e.g. purchases with many refund/exchange requests can be a sign for an illegal collection practice).
SECTION 3 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SECTION 4 – SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
